Why child-led learning?
As I shifted my perspective on life and raising children, my thoughts on our educational system also drastically changed. Even though I grew up going to public school myself and won’t deny that I had some great experiences there. I am not saying that there is something particularly wrong with the western educational system as I do believe it was created with the right intentions. What is a Spiritual Awakening?
First we should clear up the idea that the word “Spiritual” is or should only be associated with religion. Rather defining something “Spiritual” as all-encompassing, that what is beyond anything physical or material in our existence. A Spiritual Awakening is the crumbling down of the “ego” and reconnecting with the Higher Self or Spirit. Through introspection and the changed perspectives on life and how we all have been living, comes also the question of how we can integrate this new knowledge into our parenting journey.
